​​🎄Holiday Shipping Notice: Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, please expect delays in order dispatch and delivery. All shipping timelines are subject to the AU POST tracking number. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this festive season.

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $69. 

  • When can I get my order?

As most of our products are handmade products, they require a certain production time of 2-3 business days. Once the production is complete, the order will be sent out immediately and is expected to be received in 7-14 business days.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow at least 48 business hours to process and ship your order. 

  • What I do if I entered a wrong shipping address ?

 As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to make changes/modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details contact us immediately at support@kakakoostudio.com to contact us. 

 

If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. AU POST does not allow us to change or update addresses mid transit. 

Return & Exchange

  • Return policy

We hope you are OBSESSED with our nails and never want to return it back. If that is not the case - we are happy to return your new, unused, and unopened nails HASSLE FREE within 30 days of purchase!

Please note, some of our products are customization nails which are made by special and personal nail size and preference. They will not be available for secondary sale, so customization nails are not supported for RETURN.

  • Can I cancel the order ?

If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at support@kakakoostudio.com to contact us. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option. 

  • Can I exchange the nails ?

We hope you like all the nails! If the nail size is not suitable or goods damage, you can contact us for replacement. Please note, you would be responible for return shipping fee. If interested in a return, please contact us at support@kakakoostudio.com.
